Puzzle Medical Dice
Hi Friends! Today I am telling you about How to Create Puzzle Medical Dice
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘c54d54′ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading like as shown below
[5]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below previous layer] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[6]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & after that create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[7]-Now go to Blending Options & then go to Blending Options select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[8]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[9]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & use the same Blending Options as used in Step-7
[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[11]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[13]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[14]-Now use the same Drop Shadow as used in Step-7 & after that Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[15]-Now fill the selection with same color & then create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ after that use the same Drop Shadow as used in Step-7 & atlast create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[16]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers] & then fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & after that create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[17]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with same color & then create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’ & like this create the others & after that set the 1 pxl Brush Tool
Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[18]-In Stroke Path selection ‘Brush’ & then ok & like htis create the others
[19]-Now select ‘Text Tool’ 
& create the any Text & after that right click on Text Layer & then select ‘Rasterize Type’ & after that some Transformation with the help of
Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[20]-Now go to Blending Options select Inner Shadow & use the following settings
