Hi Guys! Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Website Template Stock Photo Emoticon
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options select ‘Inner Glow’ & use the following settings

[4]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[8]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘d3e9ff’ color & then go to Blending Options select ‘Stroke Structure’ & use the following settings

[12]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the some parts like as shown below
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[14]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then select ‘Erase Tool’ & use the following settings
[15]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’
[16]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ with hold Shift
[17]-Now fill the selection with ‘040933′ color & then go to Blending Options select ‘Stroke Structure’ & use the following settings

[18]-Now Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’
[19]-Now press Ctrl+Alt+A & then press Ctrl+E & after that make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T,right click select ‘Flip Vertical’ & then press ENTER
[20]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’
[21]-Like this create the others
