How to draw Stanlay-Measuring-Tape-Toolbox

[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[8]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with th Hold
Ctrl+Click on layer1
[9]-Now press “Delete” & your image will be look as shown below
[10]-Now Go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign
[11]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings
[12]-Now Your image will be look as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[13]-Now Open New Layer3 & then fill the selection with any color & after that create the following selection with the help

[14]-Now fill the selection with any color & Open New Layer4 & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[15]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options & select Inner Shadow & use the following settings
[16]-Now select Satin Structure & use the following settings
[17]-Now your image will be look as shown below
[18]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool & then fill the selection with 000000 color
[19]-Now go to Select>Modify>Contract & use the following settings
[20]-Now your image will be look as shown below
[21]-Now fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
& after that fill the selection with 000000 color
[22]-Now create the following selection with the help of Single Column Marquee Tool with Hold Shift
[23]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with 000000 color & then create the following selection with the help of
Rectangular Marquee Tool
[24]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I & then press “Delete” & your image will be look as shown below
[25]-Now press Ctrl+T & then click & select Skew & create the following transformation & hit ENTER
[26]-At last, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
