Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop technique website button icon in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now fill the Background with Black color, go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise.
[3] Now Select Elipse Tool , and create a simple circle.
[4] For this circle add the following layer styles.
[5] Create another circle shape and place it in the middle of the last one.
[6] Now for this circle add the following layer styles.
[7] Create another circle shape and place it in the top of the last one I will use a Black color.
[8] Now for this Black circle add the following layer styles
[9] Then duplicate this layer a few times and with the arrow keys place the duplicated shapes like this.
[10] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool, use the following settings.
[11] Now Cnlt+Click the 2nd circle shape layer to make the selection, then create a shape over the selection.
[12] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings.
[13] Make a new layer and fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.
[14] Then set the Opacity.
[15] Take the Shape Tool select this one.
[16] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with Green color.
