Today I am going to teach you about How to Create Photoshop Tea Cup Icon
[1]-First of all Open New Document of custom size,Height & Width 420×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then Open New Layer & create the following Shape with the help of “Pen Tool”
right click select Make selection
[3]-Now use the following settings in Make selection
[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[5]-Now fill the selection with ‘fdb734′color & then select Burn Tool 
& create the following shading &
after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘fdb734′color & then select Dodge Tool 
& after that create the following
selection with the help of Pen Tool & then Highlight the following Parts with the help of Dodge Tool
[7]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘1b1b1b’color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then
Highlights the following Parts with the help of Dodge Tool
[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[10]-Now fill the selection with ‘f9f9f9′ color & then select “Burn Tool” 
& create the following shading
[11]-Now select Previous Layer & then create the following shading with the help of BURN & DODGE Tool.Your image should
look like as shown below
[12]-Now Open New Layer & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings
[13]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool,select Pen Tool right click select Make Selection
[14]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pixels,tick on New Selection & then Ok.Your image should look like as
shown below
[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘fda041′color & then go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following
settings

[16]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should Overlay
[17]-Now your image should Look like as shown below
[18]-Now make the 2 Duplicate Layers with the help of 2 times press Ctrl+J & then adjust with the help of Move Tool & after
that create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool & then press DELETE
[19]-Now set the 1 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click
select Stroke Path
[20]-Now use the following settings in stroke Path
[21]-Now like this create the Others & your image should look like as shown below
[22]-Now select Background Layer & then create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool
