Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Las Vegas Hording Board

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Color Overlay & use
the following settings

[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

following shading like as shown below

[6]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below Previous Layer] & then create the following selection with the help of
Polygonal Lasso Tool [hold shift after create the one selection & after that create the other]

[7]-Now fill the selection with ‘69caf3′color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[8]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should above all Layers] & then create the following Shape with the help of Custom Shape
Tool & then select Pen Tool,right click select Make Selection

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘ececec’color & then select Previous Layer,press Ctrl+T & little
Rotate & Skew the following Shape & then press ENTER
