Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Indian Arts Logo Icon
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 330×330 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘940155′ color & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[4]-Now Open New layer & then fill the selection with ‘fbe1bd’color & after that create the following selection with the
help of Polygonal Lasso Tool & then press DELETE
[5]-Now Open New Layer & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings
[6]-Now create the following Shape with the help of Custom shape Tool,select Pen Tool right click select Make Selection
[7]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
[8]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color
[9]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool, then press Ctrl+Shift+I & then Press DELETE
[10]-Now set the 1pxl size of Erase Tool & after that create the following line with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
Stroke Path
[11]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path
[12]-Now with above technique delete the other parts & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure
& use the following settings

[14]-Now create the following stars with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool & then fill with same color as used above steps
& your image should look like as shown below
[15]-Now select the previous Layer & then go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[16]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click
select Make Selection
[17]-In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,tick on New selection & then Ok.Your image should look like as shown
below
[18]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘940155′ color.so like this create the Others & after that
Open New Layer & create the following Shape with the help of Ellipse Tool,right click select Stroke Path
[19]-Now use the following settings in stroke Path
[20]-Now Remove the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’ & your image should look like as shown below
[21]-Now select Text Tool 
& then create the following Text
[22]-Now select the Texts & then go to Layer>Type>Warp Text & use the following settings
