[1] Take a new file of 780 pixels, 770 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Download the following texture, and open it in Photoshop.
[3] Then with Rounded rectangle tool create a few shapes

[15] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool use these settings.
[16] Create a shape over the previous selection.
[17] Make the new layer and fill with black color.
[18] Now for this shape add the following layer styles.
[19] Now I will add some text with Text tool.
[20] Now with the Rectangel Tool create a few shape.
[21] I am adding a previously created website round button.
