Here I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Flexible Tubes Icon
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’right click, select Make selection
[3]-Now use the following settings in Make selection
[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[5]-Now fill the selection with ‘a8e5fd’ color & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[6]-Now select Burn Tool 
& then create the following shading
[7]-Now select Dodge Tool 
& then create the following shading
[8]-Now Open New Layer[this Layer should below previous Layer] & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘f1f1f1′& then create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool
[10]-Now Highlight the some parts with the help of Dodge Tool & your image should look like as shown below
[11]-Now Open New layer & then Create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[12]-Now fill the selection with ‘43a3e4′ color & create the following shading with the help of Dodge Tool
[13]-Now set the 1 pxls Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’,right click
select Stroke Path
[14]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path
[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below like this create the others
[16]-Now select Text Tool 
& then create the following Text
[17]-Now create the Group Folder Layer with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by hand sign & all
Layers should put in the Group Folder
[18]-Now right click on Groups Layer & then select Duplicate Groups & make it
[20]-Now press Ctrl+T & then little Rotate the following shape & then press ENTER
[21]-Now again make the Duplicate Group & then reduce the Opacity of this Layer like as shown below
[22]-Now press Ctrl+T,right click,select ‘flip vertical’ & then press ENTER.Your image should look like as shown below
[23]-Like this create the others & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click
select Stroke
[24]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path
[25]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should color Dodge & reduce opacity also
