Today I am telling you about How to Create the Photoshop Doctor Club Icon

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 250×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush & settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following Shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path

[4]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[7]-Now select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[8]-Now select stroke structure & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Pen Tool & then use the following settings

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path

[11]-In Stroke Path select Brush & then Ok & your image should look like as shown below

[12]-Now go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[13]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Gradient Overlay

[15]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[16]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then adjust
with the help of Move Tool

[17]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path

[18]-In Stroke Path select Brush & then oK & your image should look like as shown below & then create the following shape
with the help of Pen Tool & then use the same settings as just used in previous step

[19]-Now like this create the Other shape with the help of Pen Tool & then fill with the help of Strok Path

[20]-Now create the other things with the help of Pen Tool & Brush Tool & your image should look like as shown below

[21]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[22]-Now fill the selection with ‘fcfafd’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[23]-Now select stroke Structure & use the following settings

[24]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[25]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ & use the following settings

[26]-Now create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool

[27]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[28]-Now fil the selection with ‘000000′ color & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[29]-Now create the following line with the help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path

[30]-In Stroke Path,select Brush & then Ok like this create the other shape with the help of Pen Tool & your image should look
like as shown below

[31]-Now select ‘fffffa’ color in Forground & then create the following line with the help of Brush Tool & Pen Tool & your
image should look like as shown below

[32]-Now create the following Text with the help of Text Tool

[33]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[34]-Now select Inner Glow & use the following settings
