Today I am telling you about How to Create the Photoshop Digital Meter Icon
[1]-First of all Open New Document Custom size,Height & Width 450×300 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then Open New Layer & Create the following Shape with the help of Pen Tool,
right click select Make Selection
[3]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[5]-Now fill the selection with ‘a3aecc’color & then select Burn Tool & use the following settings
[6]-Now create the following shading with the help of Burn Tool like this below
[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then create the shading with the help of
Burn Tool
[8]-Now select Dodge Tool 
& then Highlight the following parts with the help of Dodge Tool
[9]-Now go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[10]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[11]-Now set the 1 px Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’,right click
Stroke Path
[12]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then OK
[13]-Now your image should look like below this & then create the following selection with the help of “Pen Tool”
[14]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & after that create the following selection with the help
Pen Tool
[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[16]-Now fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[17]-Now fill the selection with any color & then Open New Layer & create the following Shape with the help of Pen Tool
right click,select Stroke Path
[18]-In Stroke Path select “Brush” & then Ok & your image should look like as shown below & after that set the 4px Brush &
create the following shape with help of Pen Tool,right click select Stroke Path
[19]-In Stroke Path select “Brush” & then Ok & your image should look like as shown below
[20]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings
[21]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[22]-Now fill the selection with ‘afcec9′ color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings
[23]-Now Highlight the some Parts with the help of Dodge Tool & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[24]-Now Open New Layer[this Layer should below previous Layer] & then fill the selection with any color & after that create
the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[25]-Now open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘a2a8b3′color & then create the following shading with the help of
Burn Tool
[26]-Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool & then fill the selection with ‘5d6675′color
[27]-Now create the following Shading with the help of Burn Tool & like this create the Others like below this
[28]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[29]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
with Hold shift
[30]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′color & then create the any Text with the help of Text Tool
