[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 350×350 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool with Hold Shift
[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates
[4]-Now reduce the size with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[5]-Now go to Blending Options,select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘000000′color & then create the following selection with the help of
Rectangular Marquee Tool & then press DELETE
[8]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool & then fill with same color
[9]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool & then fill with same color
[10]-Again Create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool & then fill with same color
[11]-Now set the 1 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & create the following Shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click select
Stroke Path
[12]-Now use the following settings in stroke Path
[13]-Now like this create the other shapes & your image should look like as shown below
[14]-Now select Erase Tool 
& then remove the some Parts like as shown below
[15]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then fill with ‘000000′color
[16]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush & then Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool,right click
select Stroke Path
[17]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & your image should look like as shown below
[18]-Just like above steps create the Others with the help of Pen Tool & your should look like as shown below
[19]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[20]-Now fill the selection with ‘fbaf5d’color & then go to Blending Options,select Stroke Structure & use the following
settings

[22]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[23]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′color & then Make the 2 Duplicate Layers with the help of 2 times press Ctrl+J &
then adjust with the help of Move Tool like as shown below & after that [Merge Duplicate Layers] press 2 times Ctrl+E
[24]-Now select Brush Tool or press F5 & use the following settings
[25]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following Shape with the help of Ellipse Tool,right click select Stroke Path
[26]-In stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then Ok & your image should look like as shown below
[27]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer
