Ocean Ripples Photoshop Animated Site Bar
Today I will teach you How to create the Ocean Ripples Photoshop Animated Site Bar
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & width 300×350 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Fill the Background with ‘2e3192′ color then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[3]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient & settings
[4]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool with Top To Bottom Direction & your image
should look like as shown below
[5]-Now go to FILTER>DISTORT>OCEAN RIPPLES & use the following settings
[6]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J
[7]-Now select Duplicate Layer & then go to Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripples & use the following settings
[8]-Now your image should look like as shown below & Once again make the Duplicate Layer2 with the help of Ctrl+J
[9]-Now select Duplicate Layer2 & then go to Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripples & use the following settings
[10]-Now yourimage should look like as shown below
[11]-Now select Text Tool 
& then create the following Text
[12]-Now select Text Layer & then go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings
[13]-Now select Contour Elements & use the following settings
[14]-Now select Texture Elements & use the following settings
[15]-Now make the Duplicate Text Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+T,right click select “Flip Vertical”
& then press ENTER
[16]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer & after that make the 2 Duplicate Layer with the help of 2 time press Ctrl+J
[17]-Now select Duplicate Text Layer2 & then press Ctrl+T & create the following transformation & then press ENTER
[18]-Now select Duplicate Text Layer3 & then create the following Transformation with the help of Ctrl+T
[19]-Now go to Window>Animation & then create the 2 Duplicate Frames with the help of 2 times click on following Button
which is indicating by Hand sign
[20]-Now select Frame-1 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of remove the Eye Sign which is indicating by Hand

[22]-Now select Frame-2 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of remove the Eye Sign which is indicating by hand

[23]-Now select Frame-3 & then Hide the following Layers
[24]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[25]-Now Play the Animation with the help of click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign
[26]-Now go to File>Save for Web & Device & save your image as GIF file
