Lighting Effect Tutorial Technique

Here I am telling you about Photoshop Lighting Effect Tutorial Technique

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O. As I did take following image

[2]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effect & use the following
settings

[3]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now select ‘Pencil Tool’ [your Forground color should ‘fffffa’] & then Open New Layer & create the following
lights with the help of Pencil Tool

[5]-Now like this Create the other Lighting Rays as I have done

[6]-Now go to Blending Options select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[7]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer like as shown below
