Today I am teaching you about how to create Free Website Template Header
[1]-First of all Open New Document of custom preset, Height & Width 199×650 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[4]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient & settings
[5]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with the help of Gradient with Top to Bottom Direction & your image should
look like as shown below
[6]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
[7]-Now go to Select>Modify>Smooth & use the following settings
[8]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
& then press ‘Delete’
[10]-Now Open New layer & then create the following Shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool & then right click select
Make selection.In Make selection feather radius should ‘0′ pixels tick on New Selection & then OK
[11]-Now fill the selection with ‘00bff3′ color & Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Overlay’
[12]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee
Tool
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Overlay’
& reduce the Opacity also
[14]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Single Raw Marquee Too’ with hold shift
[15]-Now New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & reduce the Opacity of this Layer.Then create the following
selection with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool
[16]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & after that select Inner Shadow & use the following
settings

[17]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings
[18]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings
[19]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[20]-Now make the 3 Duplicate Layer with the help of 3 times press Ctrl+J & each one adjust with the help of Move Tool
[21]-Now select Text Tool 
& then create the following Text
[22]-Now Open New Layer & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the followng Shape & settings
[23]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool,right click select Make
selection.IN make selection feather radius should ‘0′pixels tick on New selection & then OK
[24]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then fill with ‘fffffa’ color & Blending Mode should ’soft light’
[25]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Custom shape Tool
[26]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss
