Step 1
Create a new document (500px x 500px)

Create Ellipse with the white color
Go the Burn tool and Highlight the selected parts with
the help of ‘Burn tool’

Then create followinf shape with the help of pen tool

Now go to the Burn Tool

Create two more shape with the help of Pen tool
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
Step 6
Create two Elllises with the dark orange color
Apply the following layer styles with the good following amount
