Create following Rounded Rectangle like me
Now apply the Inner Glow on it
Step 3
Use the Inner Glow apply the on the Shape following shape like me
Step 4
Use the Inner Glow again and apply the on the Rounded Rectangle like me
Step 5
Use the following layer styles and apply the on the rounded rectangle like me
