Here I will teach you about Oil-Painted-Multi-Colors-Heart

[1]-First of all Open New Document of custom size, Height & Width 500×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient & Settings

[3]-Now fill the gradient with Top to Bottom Direction & your image will be look as shown below

[4]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following setttings

[5]-Now create the following Shape with the help of Custom shape Tool & then select Pen Tool & click and select Make selection

[6]-Now apply the following settings in Make Selection

[7]-Now your iamge will be look as shown below

[8]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’which is indicatin by Hand sign

[9]-Now select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[10]-Now select Bevel & EMboss & use the following settings

[11]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[12]-Now make Duplicate layer with the help of PRess Ctrl+J & then Opacity should be 60% & then Increase the following shape
with the help of PRess Ctrl+T

[13]-Now select Duplicate Layer & then go to Blending Options & select Satin Structure & use the following settings

[14]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[15]-Now select Pattern Overlay & apply the following settings

[16]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[17]-Now press ctrl+J & make duplicate layer2 & then increase the following shape with the help of PRess ctrl+T

[18]-Now select Duplicate Layer2 & then go to Blending Options & select Satin Structure & use the following settings

[19]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
