Add Bubbles Water Techniques in photoshop

Here I will teach you about How to create Add Bubbles Water Techniques in photoshop

[1]-First of all Open Any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take the following image

[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ with hold Shift

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selction with ‘fffffa’ color & after that go to Blending Options,select
Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[4]-Nwo select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[5]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Overlay’

[6]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[7]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & after that Decrease the Bubbles with the help of Ctrl+T & then
press ENTER

[8]-Now once again make the Duplicate layer & then press Ctrl+T,right click select ‘Flip Vertical’ & then press ENTER
