Sleep is a way for the body to recharge and recondition us after a rigorous day. The brain doesn’t sleep but slows down as we enter into deep sleep. Symptoms can range from stress, anxiety, difficulty in concentration, poor performance at the work place, fatigue, impaired driving skills and a tendency to be easily prone to infection. These are just the basic causes and are enough to sit up and take note if we experience any or all of these symptoms and how to take charge of it.
