Great ways for women to avoid Nightmares
Everyone has nightmares at some point or the other, some more than the other. Nightmares can be a result of anxiety and high stress levels before bedtime. Some ways to overcome this are to relax before bedtime, either with a cup of herbal tea or a light yoga exercise routine or a warm bath or all three together can relax the body.
Spicy, fatty or fried foods should be avoided and food that can induce some amount of relaxation like a warm cup of milk or some oatmeal can help ease any underlying stress. Watching disturbing programs or reading about scary things can also add to the possibility of having nightmares. Any routine that soothes the body and the mind and relaxes you should be the one to opt for before going into bed.
