Typhoon Touch Technologies Suing so many on Touch Screen Patent

It seems to be the sequence of Dell suit filed by Typhoon and its licensee and co-plaintiff, Nova Mobility Systems, against Dell in December 2007. Typhoon Touch Technologies have sued Apple, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Lenovo, Panasonic, HTC, Palm, Samsung, Nokia and LG for alleged patent infringements. According to Typhoon Lawyer “Typhoon believes that numerous defendants are selling and/or offering for sale - what could be millions of devices - which may infringe Typhoon’s patents.” Let’s wait for the part 3^rd of this series.
