[1]-Choose the Sphere and create sphere with the following size
Place the Sphere like me 
[2]-Convert the sphere into the editable poly now select the bottom polygons 
[3]-Delete the polygons now 
[4]-Select the edges and go to the loop button
Now your edges sould like this 
[5]-Select the vertexes and apply the scale transform type in with the amount of 90 
[6]-Your object should like this 
[7]-Selectt the edges and apply the chamfer edges with the amount of 0.01 
[8]-Your object should like this 
[9]-Apply the turbo smooth modifier with the amount of 3.0 
[10]-Your object should like this 
[11]-Create spline like this 
[12]-Make the materials like me
