Hi…..friends here i will show how create a stock vector illustration 3d traffic light images.
In this tutorial you will learn how to create a traffic light quick and easy.   

[1]-Choose the Box and create four box with the following size
    Now place the box like this

[2]-Create cylinder with the following size and place like me
   

[3]-Create four tube with the following size and place like me    

[4]-Create more tube and place like me

[5]-Create chamfer cylinder with the following size and place like me

[6]-Convert the box into the editable poly and now select the edges
    Apply the extrude edges with the good following amount as shown below

[7]-Your object should like this

[8]-Make the materials like me

[9]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameters as shown below

[8]-Now you are done it enjoy the final output as shown below
