In this tutorial you will learn how to create a stamp quick and easy.
[1]-Choose the Chamfer cylinder and create chamfer cylinder with the following size
Now place the chamfer cylinder like this 
[2]-Create one more camfer cylinder and apply the taper modifier with the good amount as shown below 
[3]-Apply the FFD 3×3x3 modifier and select the control point now drag like me 
[4]-Create circe with the following size and open the rendering palette
Now use the following setting 
[5]-Place like me 
[6]-Create text and apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 3.0 
[7]-Place like me 
[8]-Make the materials like me 
[9]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameters as shown below 
[8]-Now you are done it enjoy the final output as shown below
