[6]-Select the edges and apply the extrude edges with the good following amount as shown below

[8]-Create some rectangles and line like this 
[9]-Drag the vertexes like me 
[10]-Create two boxes with the following size and place like me

[12]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameters
