Here I will show you about 3dsmax 3dmodel luggage trolley tutorial.
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Spline modeling techniques
[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Create a shape like this with the help of line tool in the front view open the rendering palette
Use the following setting

[2]-Select the line Drag it and release you will see the clone option is open use the following setting

[3]-Create a shape like this with the help of line tool in the top view

[4]-open the rendering palette Use the following setting
Now your image should like this in the perspective view

[5]-Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > cylinder and use the following setting
Create a cylinder in the front view

[6]-Select the cylinder convert into the Editable poly then select the polygon mode in the Editable poly
Now open the Insert polygon window then use the following setting
And now open the Extrude polygon window then use the following setting

[7]-Create a shape like this with the help of line tool in the front view open the rendering palette
Use the following setting

[8]-Again Create a shape like this with the help of line tool in the Left view
And apply the lathe Modifier use the following setting then apply the Shell Modifier

Create a cylinder in the left view

[10]-Select the cylinder Drag it and release you will see the clone option is open use the following setting
Your image should like this in the top view

[11]-Use the following setting create box and cylinder like this image as shown below

[12]-Now select the Line and apply the mesh smooth modifier

[13]-Open the material window
Use the following setting create two material like this image as shown below
And assign to the object
