Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d dumble workout excercise model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.
[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the chamfer cylinder button now create chamfer cylinder with the following size 
[2]-Select the chamfer cylinder and convert into the editable poly
Select the polygon mode 
[3]-Now make a selection and apply the Extrude polygon with the amount of -3.0 
[4]-Now your object should like this 
[5]-Again make a selection and apply the Extrude polygon with the amount of 3.0 
[6]-Now your object should like this 
[7]-Again make a selection and apply the Extrude polygon with the amount of -10.0 
[8]-Now your object should like this 
[9]-Select the edge mode and select the edges now apply the chamfer amount of 0.16 
[10]-Now your object should like this 
[11]-Again select the edges now apply the chamfer amount of 0.16 
[12]-Now your object should like this 
[13]-Now create a one more copy and set like this 
[14]-Create a chamfer cylinder now set the chamfer cylinder set like this
Now create one more copy 
[15]-Create a star with the following parameter now apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 7.5 
[16]-Select the star and convert into the editable poly
Select the edges mode and press the (ctrl +a) now select the whole edges
Apply the chamfer amount of 0.55 
[17]-Set the star like this 
[18]-In this step create one copy the dumble now create some copy of plates
Set the object like this 
[19]-Open the material and make a material like this 
[20]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameter 
[21]-Now this is the Final Image after render the perspective view port
