Creating still life objects in Photoshop is often great practice for learning how to create
other objects. In today’s tutorial we will illustration cartoon cheerful water drop smiles
using Pen tool, dodge and burn Tool. Let’s get started!
Step 1
Create a new document (500px x 500px)
Step 2
Go to the Pen tool 
Then create following shape like
Step 3
Then apply the Inner Glow with the good following
Step 4
Create Ellipse with the white color
Place like me
Step 5
Use the Inner Glow following settings
Apply on the Ellipse like me
Step 6
Similary again use the Inner Glow again
Apply on the Ellipse like me
Step 7
Create one more small ellipse with the white color
Place like me
Step 8
Use the the Inner glow following settings
Then apply on the following shape like me
Step 9
Use the the Inner glow following settings
Then apply on the following shape like me
Step 10
Go to the Pen tool
Then create following shapes like
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’
Final Result
