[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘610e0a’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[5]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
[6]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[7]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the some parts with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[8]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘865a3b’ color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[10]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘5a0e09′ color & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & after that create the following selection with the help
of ‘Pen Tool’
[11]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘514e4d’ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’
with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[13]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’
[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘61130b’ color & create the some shading & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[16]-Now fill the selection with ‘d49f98′ color & then select Text Tool 
& create the any Text & then right click on Text Layer & select ‘Rasterize Type’
[17]-Now set 4 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[18]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & then merge the layer Ctrl+E & then transform with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[19]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Overlay’
